Congratulations again Debs.

Over the past year we have run together on a number of training runs and races and I've watched you get stronger and faster.

This result was well deserved and I know there is more to come.

Looking forward to reading the full report and hearing how it all went.

JK 'who is happy to be following your back if I could get close enough to see it!!!!!!'

That's rubbish! I've known pregnant women run it...um...slower. ;-)

Of course it's bl**dy fantastic. I'm definitely going to give this "having a baby" thing a go to see if it improves my times like yours. ;-)

What happened to the bird who only "saw my heels" on a run round Boturich?
Great run pal. I was looking for you pre race but obviously didn't recognise the super athlete that evolved from the "pregnant burd" that slagged me off last year.

Great run Debs. I guess from the lightning speed that you aren't carrying number 2 yet? :-)

You are fast, another speed bump and Sonic will be eating your dust.
Ran at 22:15 last night and was not alone, from cold to very warm in a few days here.
