Weighty issue

I would take this with a pinch of salt, but here's an interesting running calculator. It predicts the effect of weight change on your race times.

That's it. I'm on a self-imposed jelly baby ban.

If I lose 22Kg then I can get the world record for a 10k. Pity that that means I have to lose 30% of my body weight. Anyone need a kidney?

If only I could remember this sort of thing when I'm eating my 3rd brownie!

Wow! Working on the assumption that a leg is 1/5 of your bodyweight I could cut one off to lose 2 stone and 4 lb and get a sub 3 hour marathon!!

i like the ideas of cutting off (or out) body parts! makes me thinks my extra few pounds are ok!

that is pretty cool ! so I've heard of alot of baldies and then they have real light hair. Prob a possibility w both of your colorings!

Nice I could run a sub 1:25 half with 3 * 40 minute sessions a week if I cut out the ice cream, lounging about pouting and got down to 7% body fat.

I think this might be flawed... I need to loose weight to improve my 10k/half time? I think I'm needing to put on weight to do that... geez, my mum would have a fit if she saw me looking at anything suggesting I LOOSE weight haha
